第四節 研究建議

一、對學術(後續研究)之建議

根據本研究發現「社會支持」對「職家衝突」是有顯著效果的;

「自我效能」對「職家 衝突」也是有調節效果;因此希望政府相關單位提供經濟上的誘因,包括財務服務(照 顧者或受照顧者的津貼方式)發給因為照顧而放棄工作的家庭照顧者與稅務優惠,公司 給予彈性工時或增長事假時數或者照顧資源來源穩定,彌補政府照護系統不足。

二、對公司之建議

希望在企業內部對於隱形照護可以持續研究,能有更多的研究者參與,本研究只針隱形 照護需求進行探討研究,未來研究者可針對更多不同領域(如照護,不離職等)及對象探討 照護需求的意願,提供政府機關或企業主參考,是否可以結合社區或企業負責區域結合,

讓員工真正可以放心工作。
