第三節、 研究建議
一、學術界
區域智慧資本之概念過去較少與其他學術研究結合，本研究認為未來仍可持 續嘗試結合不同的 DEA 模型及陳明哲動態競爭，或是其他分析方法，例如：DEA 變動規模報酬假設、產出導向等。另外，本研究是透過盤點歷史資料來進行宜蘭 縣產業探討，給予改善建議，因此，分析出來的結果對於未來情形之預測仍有界 限，故建議往後的學術研究可以嘗試採用「無形資產評價」之方法進行分析探討。
智慧資本價值之評估若能更精確，分析出來的結果則能更具可靠及攸關性。
二、實務界
本研究認為可以將「區域智慧資本─跨縣市資料庫」建構成一個雲端系統，
結合大數據，快速蒐集、分類並彙總各縣市統計資料，方便資料之索取，以利往 後對區域智慧資本進行各式分析，並提供決策意見於各縣市的產業發展。然而，
資料庫建構所能帶來的效益會受到資料的完整性及多樣性之影響，因此，本研究 認為若未來各政府機關或相關網站之縣市統計資料的質與量提升層次，將有助於 區域智慧資本─跨縣市資料庫之建構，增加其內容豐富度及產生的效益，例如：
縣市政府透過更多普查產業數據資料，使資料庫更完善。
