第四節 研究建議
本研究將美妝 YouTuber 對美妝消費者的影響,從購買決策歷程觀點做各階段 的探討,並於可分類時,針對不同消費者的購買⽅式進⾏描述,依據研究結論與 討論,分別對美妝企業、YouTuber、及後續研究提出相關建議。
⼀、 對美妝企業之建議
(⼀)選擇與品牌相符之 YouTuber 與觀看族群
具有社群影響⼒的 YouTuber 越來越多,不只消費者會透過頻道訂閱數和 影⽚瀏覽量來選擇追蹤,產⽣從眾⾏為,企業也極可能依此為條件尋找合作 機會。本研究認為,每位 YouTuber 的個⼈⾵格和 UGC,能夠吸引特定的觀 看族群,企業在評估與 YouTuber 商業合作時,應該先考慮頻道的觀看者是否 會對產品有興趣,觀察留⾔者對於影⽚所關注的焦點通常為何,⾃⾏選擇與 品牌理念相符的 YouTuber,⽽⾮依賴⾏銷公司所提供之數字作為衡量依據,
瀏覽量較⾼的 YouTuber 不代表成效⼀定會優於瀏覽量較低的 YouTuber;
(⼆)評估成效需兼具量化與質化指標
YouTuber拍攝影⽚最基本計算成效的⽅式,可能包含影⽚瀏覽量、按讚 數、分享轉貼數、或留⾔數,但本研究認為 YouTuber 對於消費者的影響主要 在購買決策歷程的引發需求、定義問題、與搜尋決策階段,對於評鑑、暫緩、
購買及購後⾏為階段,仍存在不可預期之影響因素,因此企業若選擇 YouTuber 作為⾏銷⼯具之⼀,不應該期盼能直接帶動銷量增加營收,⽽是著重於思考 YouTuber作為美妝社群的意⾒領袖,如何搜集消費者的觀點和想法,轉換為

實質的研發建議,作為未來新產品開發的依據,以期推出更符合消費者需求 的產品。
⼆、 對 YouTuber 之建議
(⼀)適當管理商業合作內容
受訪者表⽰商業合作的內容能促進產品資訊流通,且透過 YouTuber 的試 驗可以協助消費者做篩選,但期望影⽚內容不要只是分享產品的試⽤⼼得,
必須加⼊個⼈的使⽤訣竅、塑造主題性,讓消費者有額外的獲得,最重要的 是必須誠實揭露,不得有欺瞞的⾏為。本研究觀察發現商業合作⽂的流量通 常會明顯低於 YouTuber ⾃⾏創作的 UGC,代表部分消費者對於內容的真實 性仍然存在質疑,因此建議 YouTuber 發展⼀套屬於⾃⼰的原則,篩選適合⾃
⼰⾵格的品牌或產品、與企業溝通,以維護美妝頻道的資訊品質,達到雙⽅
互惠的合作關係;
(⼆)善⽤美妝「社群」影響⼒
YouTuber創作的 UGC 因為貼近真實⽣活,講解精闢、拍攝⽤⼼,於創 作過程中慢慢建⽴起個⼈⼝碑,在影⾳內容的製作技巧上,知道如何抓住觀 看者的⽬光,優化整體頻道的經營,對於消費者⽽⾔,他們的意⾒和觀點具 有說服⼒,能某種程度體現⾃我的價值觀,不過,值得 YouTuber 思考的問題 是社群如何⾧久經營,並將影響⼒發揮更甚。美妝「社群」的價值⼀⼤部分 來⾃於積極參與互動的成員,換句話說,維持社群規模的成⾧和活躍度,必 須回歸到社群成員⾝上⽽不是 YouTuber,因此 YouTuber 可以透過激勵社群 成員的⽅式,例如發起創意的產品使⽤⽅法、或是邀請成員分享個⼈妝容,

跳脫既有的 YouTuber 傳遞資訊內容模式,持續參與產品的創新、創造符合需 求的產品,成為產品新價值的創造者。簡⽽⾔之,就是將消費者所貢獻的創 意,與需求和問題做結合,回饋資訊給企業做研發,讓消費者不僅有參與感 和成就感,對品牌或是 YouTuber 也會有更⾼的忠誠度,協助⼝碑的傳播,產
⽣更多評價和⼼得,供其他消費者搜尋與決策。
三、 對 YouTube 之建議
(⼀) 收集觀看者喜愛影⽚原因
YouTube的後台收集了 YouTuber 和觀看者的各種資訊,可以了解該頻道 或影⾳內容的觀看族群,但尚未針對觀看者看完影⽚按 like、按 dislike、或是 留⾔的動作進⾏分析,建議可於點選和留⾔送出時,跳出簡單的問卷供觀看 者選填,勾選或說明喜歡這⽀影⽚的原因,若是影⽚內容有提到產品的話,
是否有興趣去購買,以期未來對每⼀⽀影⽚內容和每⼀則留⾔做更詳細的分 類和分析。
(⼆) 區隔企業專⽤與其他使⽤者專⽤頻道差異
由於不同的使⽤者在 YouTube 上的⽬的不同,企業可能是想要傳遞品牌 精神、企業⽂化等;YouTuber 可能是想要經營特定領域的社群、或是紀錄某 種類別的相關影⽚,所以 YouTube 可以針對不同的使⽤者提供不同的服務,
將某些功能開放給企業⽤⼾專⽤,某些互動型的功能給訂閱⼈數到達⼀定⾨
檻的 YouTuber 使⽤,讓觀看者願意訂閱不同類型的頻道,可⾃⾏管理資訊接 收的來源,建⽴專屬⾃⼰的影⾳資料庫。

四、 對後續研究之建議
(⼀)探討不同主題之頻道使⽤情形
本研究主要探討的是美妝 YouTuber 所經營的頻道如何影響消費者的購買 決策,並從研究結果歸納出可能的影響⾯向,但事實上 YouTuber 的類型和創 作的內容越來越多元,例如美妝 YouTuber 也會拍攝美⾷試吃影⽚,拍攝搞笑 影⽚的 YouTuber 也會嘗試化妝,因此本研究建議探討⾮美妝類的 YouTuber 類型,⽽使⽤者為何觀看、對使⽤者⼜有何影響;
(⼆)以量化⽅式探討不同類型的消費者⾏為
本研究為⼀質性研究,訪談共⼗六位千禧世代的美妝消費者作為樣本,
其中符合線上狂熱者和習慣性消費者的樣本各三位,資訊尋求者則有⼗位;
然⽽研究者在分析的過程中,意識到該分類在座標軸的⾼低其實難以區分,
僅能就購買決策的資訊搜集、和購買通路的選擇傾向來做分類,故本研究建 議後續研究者,可透過量化的⽅式,對消費者不同的⾏為進⾏分析,根據⽐
例和數據來做分類,強化本研究之結果。
(三)⽐較不同社群媒體之差異
越來越多千禧世代的美妝消費者透過 YouTuber 進⾏資訊的搜尋與決策,
然⽽除了 YouTube 之外,Facebook 和 Instagram 也都是當今消費者常⽤的社 群媒體,也具備上傳影⾳內容的功能,這些不同的社群媒體可能都有針對同 類型的產品進⾏討論,因此資訊的呈現⽅式更多元,能加以借鏡和⽐較,故 本研究建議未來研究者可探究相同類型的內容,但不同的社群媒體,亦或是 相同的社群成員,在不同的社群媒體上⾏為有何差異。
