第五章 研究與建議

第四節 研究貢獻

一、 學術貢獻

(一) 本研究針對社會資本、綠色管理模式及綠色供應鏈管理績效之相關 研究文獻進行彙整。

(二) 從理論推導這些構面以建立其因果關係;並近一步以實證研究了解 其因果結果並探討其因果關係。

二、實務貢獻

(一) 本研究針對現階段熱門議題,綠色供應鏈及環保議題來討論,並藉 由研究深入探討。

(二) 實際發放企業問卷,了解企業實施綠色供應鏈上的實際績效。

(三) 根據研究假設之檢定結果,發展本研究結論、管理意涵及對後續研 究之建議,將有助於企業瞭解組織如何妥善利用社會資本與夥伴實 施綠色管理,與上下游廠商共同面對環保趨勢,同心協力以達成顧 客之需求。
