由於本研究探討對象僅限於護理人員及大專校院護理科系學生,未 來研究則可推展至其他科系,以了解不同領域之專業人員與在學學生對 於尌業力概念認知是否有所差異,而且對於不同地區、教育程度以及文 化背景再作不同角度之探討論述,亦是值得深入研究之課題。

此外本研究採問卷調查法來進行資料蒐集,未來研究可加入質性研 究之個案研究,對研究對象深度訪談,不但可加強量化研究之深度,亦 更能瞭解其對尌業力知識結構的看法。

尌業力知識結構應為連續動態性的,但限於時間、人力、經費等限 制,本研究現階段僅作橫斷性研究,未來可朝長時間追蹤研究,以了解 時間變項對知識結構造成之影響,提供作為後續研究之參考。
