1. 本研究資料搜集採病歷查閱方式，若有病歷資料不完整處則分 別以電話查訪病患，追蹤其實際之氣胸復發情形，故可能產生 對不同之危險因子有回憶上之偏差(recall bias)。
2. 後續研究應用卡方自動互動偵測法可提高樣本數，並考慮納入 更多變項，以求得一原發性自發性氣胸之更佳預測模型，進一 步可討論針對氣胸復發之高危險群病患實施不同的手術治療，
例如視訊輔助胸腔鏡手術之成本效益問題。
