新興且具潛刂的網站類型進行研究,期望能夠為將來此種類型的網站建立與經營 能夠有所幫助。

第二則是過去少有研究將網站的使用端網友評價的變數放入供應端的干擾 變數當中,但是我們發現面對此種網站特殊的經營類型應該將兩端共同納入考慮 因此本研究將網友評價當作影響忠誠度之干擾變數企圖找出其間的影響程度,進 一步給網站經營者藉由數據了解使用端對供應端的影響以事實調整公司商品種 類與營運方向。

第三,本研究針對個案網站 愛評網進行研究,雖會有代表性稍嫌不足問題,

但是由於各種不同類型的虛擬社群網站,提供網站內容實際行為的方式皆不相同;

若是針對特定的個案網站,本研究可以更精準的設計影響滿意度及忠誠度的相關 問項,使得實際衡量測量對象之滿意度與忠誠度的變數更為準確。在綜合考量之 下,本研究仍然選擇針對個案網站設計,衡量特定族群的實際提供行為。

第四節 研究限制及未來研究建議

針對本研究可能不足的地方列於以下並建議其他研究者也許可以改善之:

壹、 個案網站的代表性

本研究之限制之一是本研究以愛評網為個案網站,可能有代表性不足問題,

後續研究者若想持續探討有關評價網站的相關議題也許可以增加其他同類型的 網站,多方驗證。

貳、 問卷樣本數的限制

本研究之發放問卷是愛評網的客戶也尌是餐廳,但是由於愛評合作的餐廳數 目本來尌不多並且分散於全省各地問卷回收不易;因此根據此點建議其他研究者 可以找更大的樣本數。
