最後本研究發現商業模式創新程度高的企業,多出現在電子商務產業領 域。由於透過資訊、通訊的網際網路來形成的交易網絡會影響商業模式中的結 構、治理方面的創新,因此電子商務產業當中的企業對於結構、治理之兩構面 的創新會相對於其他產業更加頻繁。其中的管理意涵在於商業模式的創新和資 訊、通訊科技的應用有著相互依存的關係,如果要發展創新商業模式便可以投 入更多的資源在於資訊、通訊的科技結合到商業模式中,讓商業模式的結構、

治理構面更加創新。

第三節 研究限制和未來發展方向

本研究透過探索性研究的方式,研究美國和中國兩個國家的商業模式創 新程度的差異。但是本研究並沒有能夠更進一步深入的研究那些市場要素對於 商業模式創新影響程度的大小,或是哪一些市場環境的要素對於商業模式創新 的影響程度最大或者是那一些市場環境的要素。由於商業模式的學術理論主要 是在 2000 年以後才開始蓬勃的發展,相較於競爭策略理論等,商業模式目前 仍舊缺乏經濟理論的支持。此外商業模式的實證研究也相對的少,因此本研究 無法在現有的條件下進行更深入的商業模式創新的影響因素分析。

中國市場在這一兩年來也開始重視商業模式創新,但是相關的商業模式 創新個案研究仍然貧乏的情況也導致了本研究無法獲取更多的資料進行分析。

但是在未來,商業模式創新將會成為企業生存、競爭的重要條件之一,相信將 會有更多研究學者提供更多相關的理論還有個案的研究幫助解開商業模式創 新之謎。

建議未來研究商業模式創新的方向或許可以考慮找出商業模式創新在甚 麼樣的市場條件下容易出現,探索市場環境條件與商業模式的關係,以幫助未 來企業能夠找到一些更明確的長遠發展方向。
