乎可以參考製造業納入研發支出占一定比率（相當於符合金融創新優 勢的金融產業）、獲利穩定及管理（組織）層級與金流規劃良好（確定 服務客源）等資格條件，以減少對國內衝擊。
第二節 研究限制
由於本研究以2006 年經濟部統計處「製造業對外投資實況調查」之問 卷資料作為影響國內投資與就業量之主要研究樣本，其中本研究並未深入探 討變數間是否足已代表臺灣製造業廠商特性對國內廠商投資與就業之關 連，未對廠商組織架構、人力資源管理等議題進一步分析探討為限制之一，
其次受限於問卷資料有利、無影響及不利選項涉及填答人員之主觀意識，並 不像以國內廠商投資金額或雇用人數等客觀數字為基礎，而填答人員是否即 為代表廠商負責人意見，問卷內容代表性仍待商榷為其限制二；此外，對於 廠商的投資行為只能進行橫斷面的分析，缺乏跨年度的連續資料，故無法將 歷年資料納入本研究樣本並連續追蹤，只能看到點、線，無法看到整個產業 面，亦為後續研究應加強的部份。
