第三節 研究限制
本研究之樣本醫院位於中部地區，因投保地區為台中市及台中縣之 各項中醫門診利用情形，皆高於其他投保地區(翁瑞宏，民 89)，若由本 調查推估全國中西醫併用情況，可能有所偏差；且個案醫院為中醫與西 醫並重之醫學院附設醫院，除中醫門診外亦有中西醫合診，這也可能使 本研究「中西藥都服用」之行為比例偏高，降低本研究之外推性。
國人「藥食同源」的觀念，使中藥融入國人的飲食習慣，每個國民 多少都有服用中藥而不自覺，當問卷複選題較多、選項分類較細，易發 生前後不一致情況，使本研究之分析困難。且每種疾病好發的季節不 同，問卷調查時間為七月，取樣可能偏向夏季好發之疾病，而使得春季、
秋季或冬季好發疾病取樣較少，無法平均抽取代表各類疾病樣本。
