第二節 研究限制

一、 由於本問卷之發放對象要對分行特性、管理模式抑或是理專人 員要有深刻的了解,故選擇保險顧問為發放對象,並非發放給 一般大眾填答,因此本研究之樣本數稍嫌不足。

二、 本研究之問卷內容,一共涵蓋七家本國銀行。本研究沒有控制 銀行之差異,可能存在異質性之問題。

三、 本研究之問卷填答,是由一名保險顧問填答多張問卷(至多五 張),可能主觀性會較強烈,亦即保險顧問可能會選擇業績較 好的分行做填答,而避免填答業績較差之分行。
