本研究的另一個限制是適用範圍，我們關注的社會資本對家務分工的效果，
只限定在台灣已婚的同住夫妻，因此必須是異性戀婚姻伴侶，故不適用其他不結 婚只同居的伴侶關係，且因為樣本中原住民的比例過低，並未納入我們的分析中，
因此本研究的結果也不能推論到原住民夫妻的家務分工模式上。未來研究則可以 探討在不同群體中，社會資本對家務分工的影響機制是否有差異存在。
