五、 結論與建議

5.3 研究限制與後續建議

本研究受限於時間因素,未能收集到更多的樣本,尤其在初期,回收 的問卷量極少,加上不易接觸到企業顧客,僅能以E-mail 與電話與其互動,

又由於部分受訪者並未看清楚前提說明,便急於填答,往往在問到與該名 銷售人員合作期間時,便略過不填,可能是該受訪者以一般性來衡量對銷 售人員的看法,而非本研究所預設的個體性。此外,回收問卷過於集中在 製造業與資訊部門,加上本研究所衡量知覺程度的高低,屬於事後衡量,

仍會受到時間因素而有遺忘的可能,以上各點均使得本研究產生偏誤,不 利研究結果的推論。

後續研究可針對前述之研究限制作出改進,將能提高本研究成果。除 此之外,未來可再加入適當的自變數,對於依變數應有更高的解釋能力,

使模型更加完備。由於本研究採用李克特七點尺度,並假設各個等級間差 距相等,未能完全符合實際狀況,建議未來可透過個案訪談之質化研究做 更深入的研究。
