第二節 研究限制與後續研究建議 一、研究限制
(一) 研究方法限制
本研究較偏向探討性質,故主要以質化方式來觀察產業中新創公司的現象並 探討其原因,從而歸納出網路新創公司的資源轉換過程。雖然本研究盡量透過深 度訪談來彌補不足,但相較於量化方法仍存在信度較低的問題,另外,由於本研 究係為探討員工個人的資源或能力轉換成組織所有的資源,以及後續公司如何利 用以達到創新與績效,其中又將資源分成主要的五大項分類,因此在每個資源的 四個轉換步驟中,創辦人背後深度的考量以及過程中所產生的細節與問題等,礙 於時間及資源之限制便未能深入剖析。
(二) 樣本獲取限制
由於本研究探討的資源面向涵蓋較廣,且著重在初期的新創團隊,並非所有 創業團隊都可以完整涵蓋五大資源的轉換過程,加上所需訪談時間較長且詢問較 深,因此在樣本獲得上較為困難。本研究基於「資源須逐步由外取得並經過四步 驟的轉換」假設基礎來探討,加上研究樣本的挑選較少,使本研究發現新創公司 創立初期徵才不易,導致推導出來的結果有所限制,如果創辦人一開始就找尋有 經驗的員工,整個資源轉換的過程或許會更快、甚至是不需要經過四個步驟,因 此創辦人的「人力資源」,也會影響此研究的分析結果。
二、後續研究建議
後續研究者可透過各式量化的方法,專注在三大主要無形資源來探討,並加 上創辦人在人力資源上的招募策略,在未來出現條件相同的新創團隊時,可透過 擴增樣本數以驗證本研究中所探討之資源轉換模式是否有可改進之處,並將行動 開發產業新創團隊的資源轉換模式描繪得更為完備。
