第五章 結論與建議

5.3 研究限制與後續研究建議

本研究分為六種假設行動廣告搭配多元媒體情境,但並未以實際模擬情況、操作介 面提供受試者較符合真實情況的感受。因此,後續研究可模擬真實情境,先透過多元媒 體呈現廣告內容,再以無線手持裝置供受試者操作,真實體驗搭配多元媒體後之廣告態 度。

此外,後續研究亦可進一步探討不同條件下,行動廣告結合多元媒體對消費者廣告 態度、廣告效果之影響,包括:

( 1 )不同型態的行動廣告、媒體廣告內容呈現方式,如廣告出現位置、影音效果、

廣告訴求等。

( 2 )不同的行動裝置設備與多元媒體交互搭配組合,如手機結合多元媒體、PDA 結 合多元媒體等。

( 3 )不同行動通訊環境,如費率調整、傳輸速度、軟硬體技術等。
