第四節 研究限制與未來研究建議

本研究的理論架構基於整合各家學者的理論,建構出以管理者及當地社群的視角,

剖析轉型成藝術節慶的文化以及社會影響架構。就理論架構而言,有鑑於爬梳各學者而 整理的框架尚未有太多直接結合節慶與創意產業加諸的討論,且社會層面的理論多以論 述分析為主,著重個案的狀態而非有實際的案例可以供驗證,選擇的理論雖確實能為本 研究提供不少佐證和背書,但這些理論的適切性仍必須經過其他研究不斷驗證。而本研 究採取單一個案研究法,探討個案的特殊性,因此無法將研究結果做泛化推論,此亦為 單一個案研究的通病。

在研究執行層面,基於時間跟金錢考量,只能提供政府大方向的施政理念。再加上 本研究為個案分析,面對理解傳統節慶因創意產業加入而產生的形變,其文化社會面向 議題可能無法全面顧及而有所忽略。最重要的是基於研究時間的限制,本論文的社會文 化影響面向只能顧及到利害相關人中的政府與當地民眾,而其他的節慶利害相關人:私人 企業、研究學者、負責燈光照明的工作人員、製作人、設計師、燈光建築師、舞台設計 師、協會、店家、商家、學校等則無法有更深入的涉略。其次,就蒐集資料的過程因現 今資訊的大量及快速流動,文獻資料蒐集難以窮盡所有資訊;另一方面訪談所得知的資 訊因當時受訪者的態度和當時的外在因素而有所限制,而官方的訪談中僅能得到較為片 面和簡短的資料,故僅能力求把握住個案檢視的相關重點。盼能在有限的資源中達到最 大的貢獻。

針對未來的研究方向,本論文透過文獻蒐集以及訪談等田野調查來評估燈節的轉型,

而資料蒐集主要以 2014 年地方居民的觀感為基礎。若官方持續經營下去,燈節的影響 應該再拉長五年甚至十年,建議之後研究者可以加長時間軸,並且能夠涉入更多相關利 害關係人以擴大社會文化影響面向的評估,做更深度創意與節慶之間關連的研究。此外,

未來研究者也可以透過更多轉型的節慶等實際案例,來驗證社會和文化影響的評估框架,

確認本研究的發現與結果,為節慶的永續發展做出學術貢獻。
