由於,本研究對象為大專院校資訊領域學生,但是因為時間、地點,
以及學生來源等因素,只能以地域性學校為範圍進行調查。首先,本研 究提出人際關係、相似性、氛圍認知、信任、承諾與五大人格特質是影 響學習團隊合作的構面,然而,仍有影響學習團隊合作的某些構面尚未 包含在本研究的模式中(例如:工作態度、工作滿意度),所以有待未 來進一步的研究影響學習團隊合作的其它構面。其次,本研究僅以資訊 領域學生參與學習團隊合作為主的研究對象做調查,因此,未來有必要 針對非資訊領域的學生之學習團隊合作的情況進行深入的探討,以期了 解資訊領域和非資訊領域學生對學習團隊合作行為之異同。最後,本研 究並可供業界了解員工新訓所需要培養員工的特質,作為員工新訓時的 訓練依據。
