研究限制與未來研究方向

本研究以臺灣國際觀光旅館之主管職位員工為實證樣本,因此研究結果供其他國別 及類別之旅館參考價值有限。本研究未來可以拓展研究對象為臺灣國際觀光旅館之一般 員工,並且比較管理職員工以及一般員工對於人力資源措施施行之感受是否相同,若是 不同,在哪個構面的人力資源措施有顯著差異? 可能原因又是為何? 此外,未來也可以 將研究加入探究臺灣一般觀光旅館的人力資源措施對於旅館績效的影響,觀察人力資源 措施對於不論哪一種類型的旅館績效是否都會產生影響。
