第五章 結論

5.3 研究限制與未來研究建議

本論文之研究過程中仍有多項限制與未臻完善之處,茲條列於下,供日後 研究者參考:

受限於人力、時間、經費等各方面的限制。本研究的研究對象皆侷限於科 技產業的台灣區企業網站,這些企業皆是以銷售B2C 科技產品為主力的公司。

建議未來可將本研究提出的研究架構,針對B2B 或 C2C 類型企業網站進行進一 步驗證,以求得更具一般性與代表性的企業網站整體服務品質影響因素。

由於本研究是透過網際網路散發問卷與回收樣本,造成樣本中學生族群比重 偏高的情形。固然學生族群原本就是IT 產品的主要顧客群,也沒有文獻顯示對 網站服務品質的認知會因為職業、年齡而有顯著的差異,但仍有可能有效度上 的限制。建議未來研究者可使用本研究之研究架構與問卷,針對學生族群以外 的樣本,進行測試與比較,以進一步確認或改善研究結論的可信度。
