第五章 結論
「時尚」雖為現代用語，但此概念存在許久，並於遠古時期即出現，它展現 人類從古至今對美的執著與追求。「時尚」也為一種傳達訊息的方式，可呈現一 個人的個性、職業、所處地域、身分階級、財富狀況等。早期「時尚」發展步調 相對緩慢，任何流行趨勢都需耗費 10 至 15 年的時間才能普及至國家其他地區。
隨著 20 世紀女權提升，加上全球通訊便捷，為「時尚」帶來不同風格和氛圍。
21 世紀「時尚」流動更加快速，甚至一週內即有所轉變，各國的流行風潮也會 受到其他文化與國際情勢而改變。不可否認的是，「時尚」在全球化世代已成為 國與國之間的重要話題及共識。
俄羅斯經過複雜歷史淬鍊及多元民族間相互交融，造就其豐富的文化底蘊，
此特點在俄羅斯傳統服飾中完美呈現。俄羅斯傳統服飾擁有極高工藝水平，不僅 著重視覺美感呈現，更重視服飾細節的代表意義與象徵。俄羅斯傳統服飾在早期 被視為人民的身分認證，有嚴格穿戴規定，人們可透過服飾上的繡花、材質、版 型、用色等得知穿戴者基本資訊。俄羅斯傳統服飾文化之所以廣闊而深遠，主要 原因來自於它吸取眾多文化精髓，雖在不同地區擁有許多共通性，但依舊保有每 個民族自身代代傳承的獨特民俗風情，如 15 世紀前受希臘、羅馬、拜占庭與蒙 古文化極深影響，18 世紀後再因彼得大帝西化政策而開始仿效德國、荷蘭、法 國等歐洲大國的服飾文化，長時間下來促使俄羅斯成為世界的縮影，可將東、西 方兩種截然不同的文化特色同時平衡呈現，融合發展出極具特色又多元的文化特 質。
俄羅斯傳統服飾文化的多元多樣性為當代時裝產業奠定基礎，蘇聯時期雖因 國際情勢對立及共產制度等相關策略，導致政府不允許擁有資本主義思想之時裝、

2014 年底西方對俄聯合經濟制裁，重創俄羅斯時尚相關產業，國內設計師 開始意識到俄境內並未擁有足夠質量保證的上游製造商能提供他們織物、布料來 源，政府也意識到國內時裝產業之不足與缺點，因而開始制定更詳細的政策來幫 助國內時裝產業之成長與穩定，此也成為俄國時尚產業在地生根的重要契機。其 次，為落實時裝本地生產與保護俄國境內的時尚市場，政府透過海關及相關進口 部門控制市場價格、數量，並協助打擊以非法管道進口的紡織品、時尚精品等。
國際經濟制裁雖導致 2015 年時尚產業銷售總額嚴重下滑，但經過政府與民間企 業的共同努力，2016 年、2017 年景氣已逐步回溫，政府更樂觀預測 2018 年國內 時尚市場總產值將達到 53 億美元327。
俄羅斯擁有豐厚服飾文化，居住在這片土地上的各族群對「美」也有獨到見 解，加上俄羅斯長期歷經民族間的征戰與融合，以及與歐美國家之相互競合，造 就俄羅斯成為同時擁有東、西方縮影的國家，其文化複雜之特殊魅力也令人萬分 著迷。當代俄羅斯時裝展現出其優游於創新及守舊間的平衡能力，創新的設計風 格不僅成為國際驚豔之高端藝術創作，也在人們心中留下不可抹滅的美麗印記。
