第三章 犬會陰疝氣之好發因子及預後相關因子之回溯性研究

第五節 結論

在過去的會陰疝氣研究中顯示並沒有單一的因素可決定會陰疝氣的發生以及 手術之預後,而有多種因子共同影響37。本研究指出了犬隻的過度吠叫行為亦可能 增加會陰疝氣發生的風險,同時不利於手術的預後。對於體型較小的犬隻,可能 因為手術的難度較高,而增加術後併發症的發生率。同時發生直腸疾病的病例,

可能由於直腸的病灶不一定能回復,術後仍然持續有排泄方陎的問題,造成照顧 上的不便,而有較差的手術預後。建議最好在疝氣手術時同時進行直腸病灶的修 復。雙側疝氣由於骨盆隔膜破損的範圍大,能提供縫合的組織相對少,在手術修 復上較為困難,而容易造成不佳的手術結果。

實際臨床處理會陰疝氣病畜時,醫師應詳細進行理學檢查,並了解病畜的行 為特質,以針對上述幾項可能影響會陰疝氣手術預後的風險因子作為評估病畜狀 況之依據,在與畜主討論可能的手術風險、併發症及其預後時,有所原則可供參 考。
