第五章、結論與建議
本章主旨在針對台灣市場中,高階管理者或企業主的看法,透過社會交換理論的概 念進行分析,並整理出結論與建議,希望透過本研究能為管理者在制定決策上,提供適 當的參考和依據。
在現今企業的運作中,時常要面對競爭日趨激烈的大環境,經常需將自身的規模加 以擴大,以提升在市場立足的機會。在母公司與新創子公司雙方的合作歷程中,首當其 衝便是本研究鎖定之創業初期階段,從社會交換理論的觀點來看,假設每個個體皆是理 性的,那麼人與人之間的互動也就是所謂的社會互動,就會以個人的利益極大化為主要 的目標,因此高階管理者或企業主在設立分公司時,要如何領導其他人走向共同的目標,
即是給管理者的一大挑戰。
本研究藉由蒐集許多高階主管或企業主的意見,分析在面臨創立子公司時,所需注 意的績效關鍵影響因素,而為求資料的嚴謹,除了經由文獻探討選取成熟的量表來制定 問卷外,還額外透過簡單的訪談,更具體地來描述目前台灣市場的情況,以此瞭解雙方 是如何建立合作的關係。
本研究的分析結果顯示,對於新創子公司績效的影響主要有三項因素,分別為溝通、
投機行為與能力,對於績效皆有顯著且正向的影響,當中以投機行為的影響為最大,溝

通次之,經營能力為最小。
其意義可能為,在創業初期階段時,決策者會擔心新創公司的經營團隊,是否會因 為其他策略是有利可圖的,而不執行原本所該採取的行動,將重心擺到投機的行為上,
造成母公司的損失;在溝通方面,表示決策者與新創公司之間的溝通是否具備即時性、
正確性、足夠性、完整性與可靠性,藉此決策者才能確保新創公司的經營方向與自身是 一致的;而經營能力方面,在與母公司的經營理念達到一致之後,新創公司是否具備足 夠的能力來實現該目標,如此掌握了這三點才能夠有效的提升新創公司的績效,因此即 是在創業初期時該考量的關鍵影響因素。
而在未來研究建議的部分,考量到產業生命週期可分為,萌芽期、成長期、成熟期、
衰退期,共四個階段,而本研究鎖定在創業初期進行資料的蒐集與分析,因此該研究結 果僅能用於該階段,未來研究者可針對企業的其它階段進行深入探討,以全面瞭解企業 所需注意的績效關鍵影響因素。
