本研究透過個案訪談的方式，從問題分析、決策面、導入面以及效益面，深入探 討個案公司在面臨物流運籌管理效率不彰的情形之下，以 ASP 模式導入物流運籌管理 方面的應用實況。經由分析兩家個案公司的導入經驗，可以得到以下結論：
1. 大型企業在物流運籌管理範疇所遇到的問題，須利用資訊技術才能獲得良好 的解決方案。由於物流運籌之流程有一定的複雜程度，無法完全仰賴人工來 掌握全程之貨物資訊，企業需藉由 E 化系統來輔助物流運籌之管理。將非核 心競爭力外包，並以 ASP 模式導入物流運籌平台是為良好的解決方案，其最 大的優點為建置成本低，以及導入時程快速。
2. 物流運籌管理平台之建立，降低了物流運籌上下游之間的物流成本，也改變 了市場的競合關係。以貨主而言，可將整個進出口作業流程自動化，降低人 力成本，清楚的掌握貨況，提升客戶滿意度。以 LSP 而言，因為加入成為物 流運籌管理平台之連線廠商，而提升了本身的競爭力，增加了新的商機。
3. 企業在物流運籌方面使用 ASP 服務時，最重視的因素為資料安全。由於進出 口運籌作業，涉及機密性等級較高的貨物單價資訊，以及客戶資料，因此公 司的政策是否支持資料存放在外部的伺服器中心，託由其他公司來代管，以 及 ASP 廠商其資安措施之嚴謹程度，為企業在決定是否採用 ASP 服務之關 鍵決策因素。另外，物流運籌管理平台現有連線 LSP 之家數，由於影響了導 入過程中所需花費之精力，因此 LSP 之配合程度，則是決定此導入案是否能 順利推行之重要因素。
綜合以上結論所述，與本研究在第二章文獻探討中所整理之：以 ASP 實現資訊系 統委外的考慮因子（表 2-4），有相當程度的符合，但是，因為物流運籌管理應用領域 之特性，資訊安全則是另一個重要的考慮因子，因此這些因子的確在不同領域上所衡
量的輕重不一。
本研究除了針對整個導入過程從解決方案評選、實作，以及到最後的效益評估，
做了詳盡的整理及分析之外，還特別針對上線後的狀況進行進一步的問題收集，以檢 視整個 ASP 導入的後續應用狀況。其中，兩家個案廠商皆反應，物流運籌管理平台的 穩定性，以及新需求的客製化，這兩點都是 ASP 廠商有待改進的項目，以下說明期望 能做為其他公司在評估物流運籌解決方案時的考量。
1. 物流運籌管理平台穩定性
由於物流運籌對於資訊回應的及時性要求甚嚴，一旦物流運籌管理平台功能 發生異常，往往會產生嚴重的影響。當加入物流運籌管理平台的廠商數量增 加，相對而言在平台上需處理的資料量也會隨之增加，物流運籌管理平台服 務商原先所規劃之硬體設備以及系統之架構，是否能負荷日益增加的資料交 易量，應列入評估考量。
2. 新需求的客製化
由於各公司在物流運籌作業流程有些差異，難免會有客製化的需求，但由於 ASP 廠商所提供的物流運籌管理平台是所有公司共用的，若要新增或修改功 能，需考量對其他公司之影響，因此 ASP 廠商基於維持版本之一致性，以方 便日後之維護作業，對於新需求之客製化，往往會採取較保守的態度，為未 來想要導入 ASP 平台之公司必須先有的體認。
5.2 後續研究建議
由於本研究之個案研究對象為大型企業，但物流運籌管理為每一家公司都會面臨 到的議題，因此建議後續研究者可將中小型企業納入研究對象，針對不同規模之企業 其物流運籌上的需求進行分析，並提供適切的建議。
另外，由於導入 ASP 服務有其固定的租用成本，當考量到每個月會額外增加此筆 費用時，許多公司便會怯步，因此 ASP 廠商訂價策略上，或服務內容上，如何能吸引 更多客戶願意使用 ASP 服務來解決物流運籌問題，值得繼續研究。
