(二) 研究區域限制
本研究是依據中華職棒的生態在台灣地區發放網路問卷,但是並不適用於其 他的職棒聯盟,如:日本職棒、美國大聯盟。因為中華職棒的球隊還沒完全以單 一城市為據點,因此全台各地都會有自己的球迷。而以長期落實「屬地主義」的 日本職棒及美國職棒來說,球隊通常會與地方城市做結合,像是日本職棒的東京 讀賣巨人隊、北海道日本火腿鬥士隊...等 12 個隊伍,美國大聯盟則有紐約洋基 隊、波士頓紅襪隊...等 30 個隊伍,也因為球隊深根於城市,城市內的居民通常 也會是該球隊的球迷,對屬於自己城市的球隊就會有很高的忠誠度。因此若要研 究國外的職棒聯盟或球隊,居住城市也會是要考慮的因素之一。
第四節 未來研究方向
在未來研究方向,可依幾方面繼續累積本領域之研究成果。如下:
(一)依不同球團個別進行研究
由於各球團的經營方針不同,可能會有不同的關係利益及社群網路互動性,
對球迷忠誠度影響也會不同。因此對不同球團作個別的分析也許會得到不同的分 析結果,並且可比較各球團的差異。此外,研究樣本不僅僅是社群網路上的球迷,
球賽現場的球迷也應加入分析的樣本,可到球賽現場發放問卷,能更貼近本研究 之樣本。
(二)依不同產業進行研究
本研究以證實關係利益、社群網路互動性及關係品質為影響忠誠度的因素,
因此也能將此架構應用於其他產業,例如手機產業、網路商店,並且可以加入其 他影響關係品質或忠誠度的因素,觀察各課忠誠度實際提升的情況。由於此類研 究之性質較偏向實務面,且必須貼近大眾市場,因此如果能與業者或相關單位合 作,取得更近似研究母體的資料,必定可使研究之正確性與價值提升許多。
