至民國 101 年 10 月為止,經濟合作發展組織的奈米物質工作小組(WPMN)已發表了 35 個奈米物質安全的一系列報告,包括研究及活動的路標、目前的奈米物質安全及發展活動、
奈米物質工作計畫、OECD 測試指引於奈米物質的適用性初步評估等。在環保署 99 及 100 年

OECD 的 WPMN 目前執行中的 9 個計畫(SG1~SG9)中,SG1~SG8 及 OECD 的任務如下

表 3.3 所示,主要強調各個參與國共同負擔這些計畫,並且在 R&D 合作,共同建立一致性的 法規及測試方法(ENV/JM(2009)34)。WPMN 於 2009 年 3 月同意執行新的研究計畫 SG 9「人 造奈米物質的環境永續應用」,探索奈米物質的潛在運用以解決重大的環境挑戰,如氣候變 化、水污染、土壤空氣及自然資源枯竭等潛在的影響,SG 9 的工作重點研究重點為增加奈米 物質生命週期相關的知識,及它的環境安全衛生的正向及負向的潛在影響。SG 9 將著重於不 同發展階段中的特定奈米技術應用,該計畫的第一個產出的報告將為奈米技術的應用,及生 命週期考量的架構及工具 (ENV/JM/MONO(2010)11)。
