添加廢液晶玻璃於混凝土之抗壓強度及超音波速之研究

摘 要

本研究針對廢液晶玻璃壓碎成廢玻璃砂,拌合成 ACI 混凝土、控制性低強度混凝土及自充填混凝土並 探討其工程性質。研究結果顯示,隨廢玻璃砂取代量提高,混凝土其坍度、坍流度值隨之增大;於晚齡期 時,廢玻璃砂取代量 20%,抗壓強度有良好的發展;各組取代量其超音波波速比控制組快,且具有優良品 質範圍,研究顯示再生廢液晶玻璃能提升混凝土抗壓強度及超音波波速等的工程性質。 關鍵詞:廢液晶玻璃、再生利用、工程性質

A study on the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of adding

liquid crystal glasses to concrete

Abstract

This study investigates to ACI concrete、controlled low strength materials and Self-compacting concrete, glass sand (0%、10%、20%、30%) in replacement of aggregates to researches the properties of compressive strength and Ultrasonic pulse velocity. Results show that slump and slump flow is increased with increasing the replacement in glass sand. Replace 20% had high impressive strength. Glass concrete has the highest Ultrasonic pulse velocity which control specimens. Studies have shown regeneration of waste LCD glass to enhance the concrete compressive strength and ultrasonic wave velocity.

1. 前 言

台灣高科技產業中,液晶玻璃近年來大幅成長,是台灣新興重點工業,於 2007 年 TFT-LCD 全球市占 率達 39%,躍升世界第 1,台灣打造成「全球平面顯示器製造重鎮」【1】。隨產量大幅提升,於製造過程中 勢必衍生大量廢棄物,如廢液晶玻璃主要來自製成中不良品、邊料,故如何妥善處理廢液晶玻璃是刻不容 緩的工作。 從 1960 年開始有許多研究,以廢玻璃破碎後當作細骨材應用於水泥混凝土中,近 10 年來因為廢玻璃 的處理費用高以及環境保護再次受到注意【2、3】。玻璃含有大量的矽和鈣,於理論上性質屬於卜特蘭材料, 其物理性質如密度、抗壓強度、彈性模數、熱膨脹係數、熱傳導係數等與混凝土亦很接近,因此將廢玻璃 粉碎後添加於混凝土中作為骨材使用,為可行的資源化途徑。廢玻璃砂取代細骨材會降低混凝土其流度、 含氣量及單位重【4】。抗壓、抗彎、劈裂其強度會依取代量增加其強度降低,取代 20%後有下降趨勢【4、
