添加廢液晶玻璃於混凝土之抗壓強度及超音波速之研究

本研究針對廢液晶玻璃壓碎成廢玻璃砂,拌合成 ACI 混凝土、控制性低強度混凝土及自充填混凝土並 探討其工程性質。研究結果顯示,隨廢玻璃砂取代量提高,混凝土其坍度、坍流度值隨之增大;於晚齡期 時,廢玻璃砂取代量 20%,抗壓強度有良好的發展;各組取代量其超音波波速比控制組快,且具有優良品 質範圍,研究顯示再生廢液晶玻璃能提升混凝土抗壓強度及超音波波速等的工程性質。 關鍵詞:廢液晶玻璃、再生利用、工程性質A study on the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of adding

Abstract
This study investigates to ACI concrete、controlled low strength materials and Self-compacting concrete, glass sand (0%、10%、20%、30%) in replacement of aggregates to researches the properties of compressive strength and Ultrasonic pulse velocity. Results show that slump and slump flow is increased with increasing the replacement in glass sand. Replace 20% had high impressive strength. Glass concrete has the highest Ultrasonic pulse velocity which control specimens. Studies have shown regeneration of waste LCD glass to enhance the concrete compressive strength and ultrasonic wave velocity.
