青花菜分切機台開發設計Design and Development of Floret Cutting Machine for Broccoli

(2) 1. 進口原機測試: 進口手動分切機已壓縮空氣驅動,需手動按鈕觸發,經實際測試以人工放置每分鐘 可處理 40 株青花菜。 2. 自動化性能提升: 以光柵欄自動感應執行切割免去手動觸發元件,於加工製程具自動安全保護功能, 並將輸送帶設計為可針對作業量調整移動。 3. 依品種尺寸適應調整: 設計可更換式槽孔蓋板,依品種尺寸需求,調整最佳槽孔徑及切割深度。 4. 節省人力調查估算: 青花菜分切製程耗費人力,為加工製程主要瓶頸,以人力分切時每人每分鐘約處理 5 顆青花菜,導入自動分切設備,以兩台分切機搭配 3 位作業人員,每分鐘約處理 80 顆青花菜,估計平均可節省 5 以上的人力。 . 三、結果與討論 臺南場開發之青花菜自動分切機採用人工置放後自動感應分切設計,利用感應光柵欄 自動偵測是否置放完成並兼具安全保護設計。其可轉向壓菜碗可針對青花苔外型適應調整 角度,此外可置換套環能針對不同品種尺寸差異進行調整,本分切機一分鐘最高可分切40 顆以上,能解省傳統人工作業5倍以上人力。圖1為機台分切機構的運動流程圖,圖2為機台 搭配輸送帶後的整體外觀。. 圖1 機台分切機構的運動流程圖. 圖2 機台搭配輸送帶後的整體外觀 74.
(3) 青花菜分切機置放於嘉義縣鹿草鄉下潭村的嘉鹿果菜生產合作社進行試驗,圖 3 為機械 分切試驗的情形,機械試驗隨選 14 株青花菜進行分切,並在分切後進行小花重量分佈統 計。圖 4 為生產合作社人工分切的情況,一人每分鐘可切約三株菜。最後圖 5 為最佳化機 械分切與人工分切的小花重量分佈。. 圖3 機械分切試驗的情形. 圖4 嘉鹿果菜生產合作社人工分切的情況. 圖5 最佳化機械分切與人工分切的小花重量分佈 75.
(4) 四、結論 目前開發青花菜分切處理機,主要結構包括切割台、光柵欄保護罩、輸送帶及控制系 統,已能夠偵測人工放置完成並自動啟動切割作業,分切最快可達每分鐘20次,並且能在 異物突然侵入的狀況下,緊急停止作業,並依照人工放置作業速度,自動調整分切後青花 菜於帶上輸送速度,以方便後端人工選別處理,將持續針對國內青花菜品種進行位置分佈 及莖部粗細長度等統計調查,以利設備符合加工廠作業需求。 本青花菜分切機在適當調整的情況下,其分切重量分佈特徵在100克以下可以接近人工 分切結果,然而機械分切後仍然有部分大塊青花苔(100克以上)存在,此需要進一步人工去 後處理。整體而言本機台能解省傳統人工作業5倍以上人力。. 五、參考文獻 1. 陳銘鴻、廖珮如、陳吉成、李健、陳曉菁。2014。運用設備研發建構產業加值鏈--青花 菜分切設備開發。農政與農情第267期。 2.
