Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System) 2021 Amendments
香港進出口貨物分類表（協調制度）每年均會根據國際規定、貿易及 技術方面的重大改變，作出修改。
The Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System) (HKIECL) is amended annually to take account of international requirements and significant changes in trade pattern and technology.
將於 2021 年 1 月 1 日起生效的 2021 年修改部分涉及 3 個貨物項目，
包括塑膠、紡織品和寶石。修改後的內容已刊載於 2020 年 11 月 13 日出 版的香港特別行政區政府憲報。
Amendments in 2021, which will take effect as from 1 January 2021, involve 3 commodity items, including plastics, textiles and precious stones.
The amendments were published in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette on 13 November 2020.
進出口人士於 2021 年 1 月 1 日或以後裝運的進出口貨物，必須按照 經修改的分類表報關。
Importers and exporters are reminded that import and export declarations for shipments on or after 1 January 2021 must be completed in accordance with the amended classification.
有關 2021 年貨物分類的修改部分，載列於表 1。 Amendments in 2021 in respect of commodity classification are listed in Table 1.
有關 2021 年國家／地區分類的修改部分，載列於表 2。 Amendments in 2021 in respect of classification of countries/territories are given in Table 2.
