一、畢業於國際學術機構 QS 世界大學排名(QS World University Rankings)或泰晤士高等教 育世界大學排名 (Times Higher Education World University Rankings)發布最新一年之 世界大學排行前二百名之大學校院，且持有 該校博士學位之畢業證書。

二、近五年內曾服務於國際學術機構 QS 世界大 學排名(QS World University Rankings)或泰 晤士高等教育世界大學 排名(Times Higher Education World University Rankings) 發布 最新一年之世界大學排行前五百名之大學 校院，並從事教學研究工作五年以上。

三、曾獲得我國玉山(青年)學者補助。 教育部核定獲玉山(青年)學者補助之證明文件 得免再重新上傳左列應備文件，由「外國專業人
才申辦窗口平臺」自動帶入前核准案資料。
四、曾經或現任職於其他國家或我國之公私立 學校及附屬單位、教育機關（構）、研究機 構或從事符合行政院公共工程委員會公布 之 中 央 貨 品 號 列 （ Central Product Classification）教育服務（Education Services）
類工作，並提供教學、研究或個人專業知能 之服務五年以上且最近月薪達新臺幣十六 萬元。

1. The person has graduated with a doctoral degree from one of the top 200 universities in the most recent QS World University Rankings or Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

2. The person has been engaged in teaching and research for more than five years and in the past five years has worked at one of the top 500 universities in the most recent QS World University Rankings or Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
A certificate of service as a full-time faculty member or researcher, such service length of which is 5 years or more, shall be presented by the person who has been engaged in teaching and research for more than five years and in the past five years has worked at one of the top 500 universities in the most recent QS World University Rankings or Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

3. The person has won a Yushan (Young) Scholar award in Taiwan.

4. Have held or currently hold a teaching, or research position, or providing professional services based on their individual knowledge

and expertise in one or more public or private schools, colleges, or universities and their affiliated units, educational institutions, or research institutions, or engaged in work listed in the Education Services sector in the Central Product Classification published by the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan, for five years or more, with their most recent monthly salary being at least NTD 160,000.
A certificate of service as a full-time faculty member, researcher, or administrator, such service length of which is 5 years or more, shall be presented by the person who has held or is currently holding a position at any schools, colleges, universities, or their affiliated units, educational institutions, or research institutions, whether public or private, or engaged in any work listed in the Education Services sector in the Central Product Classification published by the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan.
