Abstract
This study has two purposes. First, using LISREL to construct “volunteer coproduction model” to understand organization factors that effected volunteer coprodution and the organization performance after volunteer coprodution. Second, Using two-way ANOVA analysis to research how to combine different attributions of nonprofit organizations (NPOs) with different styles of volunteer coproduction and different volunteer management functions will produce more organization performance. Finally the study will propose NPOs how to
manipulate volunteer coproduction and make the missions of NPOs will come true early.
