摘要: 本研究旨在探討國中生體育課程對運動休閒參與行為的影響,以台北市八、九年級國 中生為研究對象,採叢集抽樣方式進行問卷調查。共發出問卷600 份,得到有效問 卷598 份,所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析後,得到以 下4 點研究結論:1.籃球為最多受測者在課堂中有學過的項目,舞蹈則為最多受測 者表示在體育課中沒學過的項目。2.受測者運動休閒參與情形傾向於偶而參與。運動 休閒參與項目前三名分別是 籃球、羽球、水域活動;最不常參與的項目是舞蹈。3.運 動休閒參與頻率方面,週間平均參與次數為1.39 次,週末平均為 0.51 次。在運動 休閒參與時間量方面,週間平均每日為0.37 小時,週末平均為每日 0.61 小時。在 運動休閒參與主要時段方面,週間主要參與時段為17:00,週末主要參與時段為 16:00。4.十項運動休閒參與項目中,除了籃球項目與體育課中是否有學過無顯著 差異外,其餘九項運動休閒項目皆與體育課中是否有學過達顯著差異。根據研究結果 提出下列兩點建議:1.體育教學項目需多元化,讓學生能多接觸不同之運動項目,
體育教學內容應樂趣化,以引起學生運動參與動機。2.體育教課書內容編寫應該活潑 化,將學生導向積極正面的運動休閒參與行為。本研究結果可提供給休閒從業人員、
體育教師、學校、體育教科書編寫人員作為課程設計及教材編制上之參考及教育行政 主管單位做為課程設計、活動舉辦之依據。The purpose of the research was to discuss the influences of junior high school students’ physical education course and the participations of sports in leisure. The objects were eight, nine grades junior school students in Taipei, by cluster sampling way, selects ten schools to carry on the questionnaire survey. After deleting the invalid questionnaires, 598 copies were effective in total. The statistical analysis of the collected data contained t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results were found as the following: 1. Basketball was the course that the most of junior school students had learned, and the dance had not.2. In Taipei, participate in junior school student's sport recreation was tend to “sometimes”. From the research, it got the top three of leisure participation is basketball, badminton and water areas activities. Except for this, it showed the junior school students did not like to dance. 3. Actually, it showed difference in sports leisure
participation behavior and physical education course whether had
studies this project or not. In these ten items, expect basketball was not difference whether learning or not, the others were significant
difference.The research provided suggestions as follow:1. The junior high school students’ physical education course must be pluralities and students can contact more diversities sports.The curriculum design must more vivacity and students will positive take part in participations of sports in leisure.Finally, the result will provide for the sports teaching personnel and the sports textbook compile the personnel to reference in the curriculum design and the teaching material establishment.
