一、 課程簡介
社會網絡分析(Socia Network Analysis; SNA)的起源包含社會學、心理學領
域等，如Lewin 的拓樸心理學，但目前主要以社會學領域為主。SNA 在社會學
中亦被稱為「社會計量」(Socio-Metric)，大抵如同「心理計量」(Psycho-Metric)在 心理學的位置。SNA 不只是研究方法，其本身也蘊含了很多觀點（如：鑲嵌），
特別是在本體論的拿捏上（如：中觀meso）。九十年代後，大抵因為知識經濟、
網際網絡與全球化的時代來臨，有愈來愈多的領域採用SNA，包含：社會學、
資訊、知識管理、組織理論、策略、公共衛生、教育等。
本課程除介紹社會網絡分析的基本概念與分析法外，特別著重於組織理論 領域的應用，並旁及職涯心理學與虛擬世界的若干應用。
