"Knowledge" is considered to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises winning weapon, the importance of knowledge management has been considered to be important topics of producing a competitive advantage. In this study, knowledge management through the analysis of relevant literature, propose a conceptual framework for the system, supplemented by data mining techniques, and network programming design, build knowledge management system to provide knowledge sharing platform to show the way to explain the system of knowledge management of the operation in hospital, according to the literature of the system proposed evaluation research model and hypotheses, using multiple regression analysis of user knowledge management system
