一、美國 Carnegie Corporation of New York/Institute for Advanced Study:

Commission on Mathematics and Science Education 新近提出一份報告【The Opportunity Equation: Transforming Mathematics and Science Education for Citizenship and the Global Economy】,說明世界已有很大的變化,現在教育 的問題,已經不僅是某些孩子是否被拉下的問題,而是關乎整個世代的孩 子能否適應全球經濟發展新形勢的問題。申論下列問題:

(一)面對世界的急遽變化,科學或科技課程內涵的可能改變。(10 分)

(二)提出科學教師朝向有效的管理(Managing for Effectiveness)的教學專業 宜強調的內涵。(15 分)

二、依據國民小學自然與生活科技學習領域課程綱要內容,教材之編選為「適 應各地區、各校的特殊性,各地教材可具歧異性,但培養之基本能力,其 目標則為一致」;請舉一個教學的例子來說明上述的意義?(25 分)

三、論述奧斯貝(David P. Ausubel)的有意義學習的教學論(10 分)與維高斯基 (Lev S. Vygotsky)的社會建構觀點的教學論(15 分)。

四、學習評量的時機應兼顧形成性評量與總結性評量;請說明這兩種評量的意 義,以及以國小教學實例來說明它們可運用的評量方式?(25 分)
