- Visitor arrivals in package tours totalled 790,996, with the majority coming from Mainland China. In the first half year of 2013, visitor arrivals in package tours increased by 12.9% year-on-year.
- A total of 119,508 residents travelled outbound using services of travel agencies, and 47,533 travelled in package tours.
Outbound residents increased by 23.5% year-on-year in the first half year of 2013.
- Guests checking into hotels and guesthouses reached 903,811. In the first half year of 2013, total number of guests increased by 16.9% year-on-year.
