五、 半結構式訪談結果與分析
6.2 建議
基於本研究的探討與結論，針對陸軍機構典藏系統使用者介面功能提出 以下幾點建議：
6.2.1 設計之使用者介面功能，均可納入建置需求項目
本研究所設計陸軍機構典藏系統使用者介面功能，10 個構面 69 項均大 於 3 分以上且平均值達 3.88 分，顯示符合陸軍機構典藏系統項目需求，故 69 項皆應納入建置需求項目；唯建置時應將訪談使用者之參考意見一併納入 審慎考量，例如，典藏內容項目可集思廣義，重新檢討具參考價值之軍事典 藏資料；訪談者對10 構面所提供的注意事項及建議的新增功能。
6.2.2 提供使用介面功能設計之網頁表現參考
建置陸軍機構典藏系統時，可參考本研究背景變項中的重要程度及顯著 差異，提供使用介面功能設計之網頁表現參考，以下茲以典藏內容項目、系 統清單與統計報表等二方面為例加以說明。
典藏內容項目方面，校級、服務年資 16 年含以上、民間學歷研究所以 上、軍事學歷陸院(含)以上、單位屬性為機關學校等背景變項對「期刊類、
論文類」有較高需求的顯著性，故註冊個人基本資料為上述背景變項的使用 者，可以在典藏內容項目的網頁表現上，將期刊類、論文類位置排序在前面；
相同的，基層領導幹部對典藏內容中「歌曲類」有較高需求的顯著性，故註 冊個人基本資料為尉級、領導幹部的使用者，典藏內容項目可將歌典類的排 序在前面。
系統清單與統計報表方面，大部份的尉級、服務年資 5 年(含)以下對統 計報表中的典藏品點閱次數、社群(單位點閱次數)、主題點閱次數、瀏覽人 次統、註冊總人數統計、線上總人數統計有較高需求的顯著性，故註冊個人 基本資料為尉級、服務年資 5 年(含)以下的使用者，可將上述統計報表中的 六項在網頁上明顯呈現。
6.2.3 結合數位學習系統，擴大學習效益
陸軍機構典藏系統的主要功能除了典藏管理外，最大的期望是能加以推 廣、傳播與運用。故典藏系統結合軍事相關的數位學習系統如陸軍本職學能 鑑測系統、武器裝備模擬系統等鏈結，能發揮更大的學習效果及不斷地激盪 出創新且具價值的新知識。
6.3 未來研究建議
6.3.1 擴大研究對象
陸軍機構典藏系統服務範圍應為陸軍全體人員，本研究因考量時效性、
地域性及便利性，僅以北部地區之陸軍軍官(尉級、校級)為研究對象，建議 未來可擴大範圍為陸軍全體涵蓋台灣本島及外離島單位；研究身份可擴大為 將級、聘僱、士官及士兵，均可列入進一步研究探討。
6.3.2 探討不同兵科需求
為了解不同兵科對陸軍機構典藏系統是否具有差異性，建議研究增列
「不同兵科」背景變項，針對戰鬥兵科(步兵、裝甲兵、騎兵、航空兵)、戰 鬥支援兵科(砲兵、工兵、通信兵、化學兵、運輸兵、憲兵、政戰)、勤務支 援兵科(經理、兵工、衛生、財勤)等三大類 15 小項進行研究，均可列入進一 步研究探討。
現，舉凡圖誌設計、視覺辦識、文字可讀性、親和力設計、系統功能配置位 置等等，均可列入進一步研究探討。
