在全球面臨因身體活動不足所導致的健康問題下,結構式健身運動值得提 倡此問題,然而針對個人量身訂作之生活型態之身體活動諮詢更值得許多擬訂 公共衛生之公部門決策者重視與實施。基於本研究結論所得,提出以下兩點建 議:

一、後續研究方面

首先,有關介入研究,在國內體育及運動科學領域之實證性 (evidence-based) 研究較少;再則,從公共衛生領域中可以得知,許多身體活動介入研究,是以衛 教方式進行,因此建議體育及運動科學領域應結合公共衛生之介入,如此一來,

便可以讓研究加深、加遠。另外,因為身體活動介入之研究通常不同於實驗室研 究,介入研究所探討對象為人,人的行為極為複雜,因此研究上的控制變項往往 會被質疑是否控制得當,或是研究設計時程是否適合等問題,因此本研究建議後 續研究應著重於介入內容本身是否具合理性,對人類健康是否具有貢獻,而避免 與實驗室研究設計相提比較。最後,本研究以成年人為研究對象,為因應老化所 產生的許多健康及醫療問題,未來針對老人為研究族群探究生活型態對老年人的 身體活動及生活品質提升的效能值得重視。

二、實務應用方面

本研究採用 TTM 為理論模式,針對不同行為改變階段給予量身訂做之策 略,因此本研究建議將介入應用於健身運動教學時,也應該針對不同心理階段者

給予不同授課方式與內容,例如針對意圖期或行動期者應提供強度較低、時間較 短或是動作較簡單之內容,使其具有成就感,願意持續參加。而如果針對行動期 或是維持期者,則應該提供較具有挑戰性之課程,同時進行目標設定,並於目標 達成後再次實施不同之目標設定,以維持或避免回復至前一個行為階段。

除此之外,生活型態諮詢介入內容,必須考量個人實際生活型態,提供短期 之目標,因此諮詢者所扮演之角色非常重要,諮詢內容目前並沒有一定規格或流 程,因此在應用方面可以進行更人性化內化,或是配合其它輔助器材,例如計步 器、網路教學、教學影片、電話等以提升參與者動機;而諮詢者之專業背景也應 受到重視,相關諮商或是心理之培訓課程都有幫助成為一位較適合之諮詢者。
