第七章 結論與建議
7.2 建議
1. 依據本研究之研究結果,用餐與休息時間的彈性對於排班人力需求的影響較大,因 此建議客服中心在從事人力資源規劃或人員排班時,將此因素列入考慮,將可預期 在不犧牲服務水準的前提下,有效降低成本並減少人力資源的閒置與浪費。
2. 客服中心之自動話務分配系統應該要配合十分之一單位人力之設計,來進行話務指 派,如此方能將此一方法應用於客服中心的人員排班問題中,並發揮其應有的效益 與功能。
3. 本研究是在 ILOG OPL Studio3.1 版軟體之使用介面下將相關參數與資料直接輸入,
建議可建立一決策支援系統,前端可構建使用者介面,協助使用者輸入或更新相關 資料與參數,後端可與資料庫連結以取得資料,以作為客服中心在人力資源規劃時 的參考。
4. 本研究在求解出最小排班人力需求後,並未進一步探討客服人員輪值問題,建議後 續研究可以建立十分之ㄧ單位人力需求之人員輪值問題求解模式,進一步求解客服 人員輪值班表並進行比較分析,將可使客服中心的人員排班更為靈活而精準,並可 預期其於薪資成本上將有一定比例的節省。
5. 本研究在最小人力排班問題的求解上,並沒有考慮到兼時客服人員的運用,建議後 續研究可以將兼時人員列入考慮,將可使客服中心的人力資源調度更為靈活且富彈 性,同時也可預期在合理的兼時客服人員僱用政策下,將可使成本再降低。但須注 意兼時客服人員每月的上班時數應有一定限制,仍應以全時客服人員為主,以免服 務水準與服務品質因而降低。
6. 本研究之研究結果顯示,十分之ㄧ單位的人力需求估算方式,對於薪資成本的節省 也有相當大的幫助,建議客服中心在進行人力資源規劃與人員排班時,可以應用此 一方法,雖然在問題求解時可能耗時較久,但長期間對於客服中心來說,仍有相當 大的效益。
