建議

綜合本研究之過程、限制、方法，本研究提出以下之建議：

(1) 研究礙於人力、時間及成本之限制，研究範圍僅限於台北市區之民眾，得 到之結論並無法證實可直接適用於全台地區，建議後續研究可擴大研究對 象之範圍並增加樣本數目，以使研究之結果能更具全國之代表性，以建構 我國計程車搭乘恐懼感之整體架構關係。

(2) 本研究是以整體的觀念來探討影響民眾搭乘計程車的因素，其並未有完整 的理論來支持整體架構，因此在進行整體架構的分析時可能會遺漏重要的

解釋變數，影響民眾搭乘計程車之感受可能仍存在其他因素，如計程車之 服務品質，皆為可能影響民眾對於計程車搭乘之恐懼程度，故建議後續研 究可以再廣納相關可能變數納入模式中進行探討。

(3) 針對受測者之社經特性所作之分析發現，搭乘頻率越少其受害恐懼感越高，

究竟是恐懼感低所以多搭計程車？還是因為較常搭計程車而降低其恐懼 感？仍有待更進一步之探究。

(4) 由於本研究樣本的限制，並無法針對縣市、城鄉間做比較，然而各城鄉、

縣市間的交通環境、社會環境皆不一致，因此建議後續研究者可以針對此 一議題在做更細部的分類分析，以讓此模式能應用的更廣。

(5) 本研究所使用之量表多為參考相關領域之文獻而自行發展之量表。本研究 已盡力設計符合計程車搭乘之情境，以期衡量出民眾搭乘之恐懼感，但仍 有相當大之可改善空間值得再予加強。另本研究在經費及時間限制下，資 料之蒐集仍不夠廣泛，所能代表之母體尚不明確。建議未來能利用更大量 之樣本來檢測量表之有效性，以達更臻完美之研究與應用。
