本研究在命題發展過程雖然經由充分的文獻蒐集中獲得,但考量研 究經濟性原則,在研究對象方面指針特定消費者群進行研究。建議後續 研究可以針對不同消費者群進行研究。此外,可以針對數位出版商進行 個案探討。
科技易用性與功能便利性兩因素,在驗證上顯示會影響服務品質與 關係品質。但其影響程度如何,並未加以深入研究。建議後續研究者可 以藉由實驗法,針對數位出版品的產品瀏覽介面進行實證研究。
本研究之數位出版品的關係品質,是以網站的服務品質(溝通、專業 性)與資訊科技(資訊豐富性、科技易用性、功能便利性)進行相關的探討。
未來亦可朝不同切入點(如交易成本)進行不同切入點的實證研究。
