本研究在過程中,已對軍用發動機供應鏈經營中之動態行為與運作模式進行 詳細研究;並以實務界個案分析探討之結果,利用系統動力學動態模型建構出可 供模擬、評估、調控之模型;並由動態模擬獲得之結果,提出產業策略地圖,以 供我國軍用發動機後勤維修策略之參考。

受限於時間與研究規模,未能將企業無形資產如人力資源、資訊系統及組織 理論與設計等納入本研究進行模擬,是為本研究之不足。因此建議後續研究者可 朝下列方向,進行更深入的研究:

(一)建議將人力資源、資訊系統與組織理論與設計等無形資產部分納入模型,

以符實需。

(二)運用網路技術,依需求於線上模擬。

目前美海軍已將類似系統(OSCAM)運用於後勤決策支援上,而國軍尚未 有此類完整決策支援系統或僅為局部資訊系統。國內網路技術發達,經過適當的 設計,由前端的使用介面,依其需求及權限,連接後端資料庫進行模擬,作為決 策依據及調整的方向。
