第二節 後續研究建議
本研究利用各種專利指標、技術功效矩陣、和引證資訊進行金融科技領域 專利分析，並解讀領域內重要被引證專利，針對本研究內容，後續研究建議如 下：
一、 而關於繪製金融科技專利地圖，本研究主要集中在銀行相關之金融業務，
其他金融業務例如證券、保險等未能仔細探究，或有可能未完全包含上述 金融業務之專利；另外，金融科技的範圍劃分至今仍無一定的標準，本研 究以金融業務為主要檢索區分方式，再輔以不同的科技技術作為輔助，不 同研究方法所劃分出的金融科技專利範圍應有些許不同，而且目前金融科 技領域正快速發展中，尤其是支付、電子商務領域，一段時間後重新檢索 會有不同的結果。建議後續研究可朝向金融科技所應用之特定技術為研究 分析對象，深入研究其應用和發展。
二、 本研究主要以專利說明書提供之資訊進行分析，以評估技術發展趨勢、概 況，和整理領域內價值較高之專利，然而一件專利其技術和所撰寫專利範 圍優劣需要專業人士加以評估，對於領域內專利之技術價值和專利品質部 分，有待後續研究者和專業人士繼續進行。
三、 專利價值有很大部分來自於該專利帶給專利權人的收入，因此專利訴訟和 相關權利金的收入對於衡量專利價值有明顯的助益。後續研究者可統計訴 訟資料、權利金收入以衡量專利價值，作為未來台灣金融科技發展的參 考。
