第五章 結論與建議

5.4 後續研究建議

針對後續研究者若有興趣以中華電信公司作為研究標的,或可朝下列三個方 向賡續探討:

1. 擴大母體至所有區分公司,進行全面性之抽樣與比較,以了解在全公司 推行 360 度回饋系統之可行性。

2. 針對有用性(usefulness)、可信性(credibility)、接受性(acceptance)

等不同面向或是不同評分來源,就全區員工對於採用 360 度回饋系統之 意願進行調查研究。

3. 若該企業日後決定採用 360 度回饋系統作為績效評核之工具,研究者可 進行相關縱斷面之研究,藉以檢驗系統運作之結果是否與原先之目標相 符合,並為整體參與者所肯定與支持。

對於已實施 360 度回饋之企業,建議後續研究者可以針對員工滿意度、員工 離職意圖、客戶滿意度、客戶忠誠度與 360 度回饋之關聯性進行探討。
