6.2 後續研究建議

一、對於可信賴專業活動執行之臨床教師觀點

本研究並未探討臨床教師對於施行可信賴專業活動之觀點,在未來本機構 全面施行可信賴專業活動時,臨床教師之觀點也具重要參考價值,有助於更深 入了解此一教學架構之利與弊。

二、對於可信賴專業活動執行後續影響之量化研究

本研究為質性研究,為首次施行此類教育架構之住院醫師觀點,針對後續 諸如住院醫師滿意度、學習動機量表(Learning Motivation Scale)、病房照護 品質監測等量化數據,需要進行更大規模的研究,始能從量化數據上證實可信 賴專業活動架構之有效性。
