5.3 研究建議

5.3.2 未來研究建議

本研究僅針對赤崁樓遊客,大台南擁有許多豐富古蹟資源,建議後續研究者 可擴大研究的範圍,以大台南其他知名景點如安平古堡、孔子廟、億載金城等,

利用此架構模式比較其差異度。本研究無細分動機,可延伸動機之推拉模式深入 探索動機與其滿意度之關係(Jang & Wu, 2006; Yooshik & Muzaffer, 2005;Yoon &

Uysal, 2005)。Martín 和 Bosque(2008b)建構認知-情感模式觀光客滿意度研究,研 究發現認知意象和情感意象合併成目的地意象對滿意度無顯著影響,反之期待和 正負面情緒對滿意度影響更甚,未來研究上建議可併入期待和情緒一同探究對此 模式之影響。本研究僅探討認知意象與情感意象,Beeril 和 Martín(2004a)探討目的 地影響因素更進一步探討資訊來源對意象之影響,若加入廣告宣傳、旅遊手冊、

網路網站等資訊源對意象之探討可更深入瞭解印象來源對意象之影響。
