二、 未來研究建議
(一) 增加其他商營電視新聞台樣本
承如研究限制的問題,未來應增加其他商營電視新聞台為研究樣本,對比不 同電視新聞製作環境的差別,全面性地探討台灣電視新聞編輯協同工作。也可 從中比較台灣兩大電視編輯系統 ENPS 與 INEWS 的工作活動差別,結集為蒐 集式案例研究,提出台灣電視新聞編輯系統普遍性的 CSCW 協同設計議題需 求。
(二) 深入各類型使用者需求探討
本研究提供電視新聞編輯系統的使用者輪廓類型,以及各類使用者的 CSCW 設計議題需求。未來可針對每類使用者的需求作深入的探討。
(三) 加入使用性測試
各類型使用者的工作流程脈絡圖建議,可作為未來編輯系統原型。後續可加 入使用者測試,作為本研究工作流程的評估。
