5.4 未來研究方向
受限於上述研究限制,有若干研究議題尚未深入分析,值得進行後續的研究 以詳細探討之。因此,以下針對往後的相關研究提出幾點建議:
(1)導入架構的嚴整性:
雖然本研究架構已得到驗證,具有某種程度之適用性,但若能再參考更多之文獻,
並訪問更多的廠商,應可整合出更具價值的導入架構。
(2)可將擴散過程量化:
如果等未來系統建置完成,並使用一段時間後,可針對現場使用人員來做問卷調 查,看RFID魚雷車車輛鑑別追蹤系統在上線後,有哪些變數影響這套系統的擴散 過程,做一個更有力和量化的研究,來和本研究做對照。

Q1、請問貴公司考慮導入RFID系統的原因為何?
1. 企業環境因素:近年來各鋼鐵廠對於內部的製造流程都在尋求改善,而中 鋼在進行這項RFID魚雷車輛鑑別追蹤計畫之前,也參考過其他鋼廠的系統,像是 大陸的寶鋼,他們是用GPS定位,但由於GPS有以下缺點:
(1)鋼廠內部建築物、遮蔽物多,容易擋住GPS的信號。
(2)GPS的誤差範圍大約是3~5公尺,但鋼廠容許的誤差是30~50公分,
對於鋼鐵廠來說誤差過大。
由於以上因素,寶鋼最後也捨棄採用GPS系統,中鋼則轉而考慮感測器系統,但由 於環境高溫高熱和粉塵多,導致感測器時常故障,進而轉向參考RFID系統。
2. 產業特性因素:由於鋼鐵廠競爭激烈,降低成本和增加產能是必要的趨勢,
而魚雷車剛好是高爐和轉爐兩者間的輸送工具,如果能確實將車輛追蹤鑑別系統 作好,對於下游的產能勢必有較良好的提升。
3. 企業目標因素:改善目前車輛調度是由現場人員藉由手持對講機來和魚雷 車司機以及行控中心來做聯繫,藉由RFID系統的導入,使得行控人員能在控制室 就能確切知道車輛位置,使得魚雷車的調度能達到最佳化。
Q2、中鋼公司如何知道RFID系統的存在?
由鼎升數位科技公司的主動介紹來得知這套系統,藉由參考之前的案例和經 驗,決定由RFID系統來做先行的測試。

Q3、請問貴公司在決定導入RFID系統之前,如何評估是否該進行此項專案?
1. 評估團隊方面:由規劃單位和現場作業單位的高階主管與規劃專案的工程 師做為評估團隊的成員,但實際評估是由專案工程師測試完後寫報告遞交主管,
然後由主管依報告內容來審核專案。
2. 評估方式方面:藉由事前的規劃,來預設會用到何種設備,然後作實地考 察,先將簡易的設備做安裝,進行小規模測試,然後再提出完整的企劃案,做更 進一步的小規模測試,然後再大規模的安裝、測試,最後才是實地運行。
