第五章 結論與建議

第四節 未來發展方向

一、本研究所探討研究架構是以組織績效做為組織能力與組織學習的產出,後續研究可 以探究組織能力與組織學習是否對於其他的產出因子,例如:創新、競爭優勢等具 有影響。

二、本研究在組織學習的部份是從流程的角度為出發點,後續研究可以探討除了學習的 流程外是否具備其他的觀點來探究組織能力、組織學習與績效之間的關係。

三、本研究是以組織能力做為影響組織學習的前置因素,後續研究也可以思索在組織學 習與績效的關係中,是否有其他的前置影響因素存在。
