第五章 結論與未來研究方向

5.2 未來研究方向

本文所發展之半導體產業多階多廠產能分配機制雖然已有相當成效 之結果,但仍有以下數點課題值得進一步探討。

1. 本文中設定晶圓針測、IC 封裝與 IC 最終測試等製程階段之規劃 週期分別為2 天、2 天和 1 天。在研究過程中發現若是規劃週期 過長,則工單之半導體生產週期時間會因為等待投料及等待移轉 等無意義之等待時間而被拉長。但若是規劃週期過短,則每一規 劃週期之可用產能便減少,一旦前一製程階段有工單延遲產出的 情形發生,將可能導致後續製程階段因為增加這些延遲工單之額 外產能需求,造成產能不足而無法進行規劃。如何設計一機制求 算出適當之規劃週期,使其兼顧各期產能需求穩定和整體供應鏈 生產週期時間,為一可探究之課題。

2. 本文中設定對半導體供應鏈的產品需求是固定的,未來能設計一 模組解決臨時抽單或換單的問題,將可使本機制更具實用性。

3. 本文中設定半導體供應鏈中,各製程階段間沒有保護性在製品庫 存,雖然此項設定使得半導體供應鏈中在製品減少,且整體供應 鏈生產週期時間較短,但系統卻也因此變得較為敏感,承受變異 的能力較低。未來可研究該如何設定各製程階段間之保護性在製 品庫存量,以便兼顧系統穩定性、供應鏈在製品數量和整體供應 鏈生產週期時間等目標。
