第五節 研究者反思

孔傳:「言知之易,行之難。」閱讀了他人的生命,聽別人說出自己的 故事不難。然而論定、評斷生命卻難有公允,我以一小小研究生身分更是 大大不能。又如俗語所說:「醉過方知酒濃,愛過方知情重」三位受訪者與 自身的ADHD 特質譜出一曲又一曲的共舞樂章,箇中巧妙自然也只有本 人知曉,ADHD 成人的生命雖坎坷不平,雖亦有些急不擇路,然吾等外人 只能憑軾旁觀。於此我僅能忠實呈現三人塵世間載浮載沉之歷程,稍做些 整理,參雜一些個人的主觀想法與建議,期能以自身棉薄之力,令此拙作

供後進ADHD 朋友在職涯選擇中借鏡觀形。

猶記當初開始撰寫此篇論文時,仍無法想像此篇論文之價值為何?腦 海中充斥著一些自作聰明的想法,行事曆?心智圖?筆記本?那是再自然 不過的策略,怎麼會有什麼價值?然而在我開始接觸三名優秀的ADHD 個案後,此一偏頗的想法更是有增無減。直到在與其他互助社團之ADH D成人相識後,我看見生命百態,許多我私以為理所當然的事情,往往並 非如此。有人生命徬徨漂泊、有人困苦待助、亦有人順風順水,即便同為 ADHD,仍是有獨立、多樣的風貌。

我發覺我總是以自己的生命經驗看待他人,忽略了社會中隱含的不平 等。享盡社會福利、資源的我、身處優渥環境的我,才能夠以這樣高的位 置看待這些貌似簡單的策略、忽略這些沉重的人們,憶起當時的自己,以 白詆青、高自標置之淺見更是可笑。今日的我,幸運的整理出這些就業策 略、探索出了少部分的影響因素,祈能真正地帶給需要的朋友一絲活水。

更要時時刻刻警醒自己,我擁有了這些資源,應發揮所學,將這些智識以 淺顯易懂的方式,傳播給需要的人們,這才是我所學的教育,也是我未來 奉之以行的本心。

您好,我是國立臺灣師範大學復健諮商研究所碩二的研究生張怡申,誠摯地邀請 您撥冗參與我的碩士論文研究。我目前正著手進行一份「成人注意力不足/過動症者之 就業策略與相關歷程研究」之質性研究,目的在於探討ADHD 在職場中的就業現況,

以及瞭解您所面臨的困境與因應方式。您的寶貴意見將是我的動力,同時也是相當可 貴的文本資料,除了能提供眾多即將踏入職場以及家有ADHD 孩童之父母、教師群、

甚至我本人一股支持的力量與前進的方向,更能喚起雇主對於ADHD 工作者的覺察與 改變。因此,萬分期待您能協助這份研究的進行!

研究參與者的選取標準如下:

1. 30歲以上,經醫師鑑定為ADHD,目前有或是曾經有服用利他能、專思達、思 銳等用於治療ADHD藥物之經驗,並排除其他障礙。

2. 有就業經驗,且該項工作任職達一年以上。

3. 在成長與就業歷程中,擁有或掌握改善症狀的特質與方法
